Your enquiry, explained.

What we collect
When you enquire, we save your name, phone number, optional email, preferences and questions, calculator inputs, consent record, and any campaign identifiers included in the link you followed. A temporary hashed network identifier helps limit automated submissions.
Why we use it
Meda Corp uses these details to respond about MoonGlade, provide unit information and arrange a conversation or site visit. Campaign references help us understand which advertisements lead to enquiries. Submitting an enquiry is optional; the calculator and evidence remain available without it.
Where it goes
Enquiries are stored using Cloudflare. Notifications are sent to the authorised Meda Corp sales contacts through Meta's WhatsApp Business service. These services process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not publish your enquiry or sell your contact details.
Website analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this website through interaction measurements, heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies. Enquiry form content is masked in recordings. Learn more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, correct your details or delete your enquiry by contacting Meda Corp at +91 96180 95050. We retain enquiry information for follow-up and necessary business records, and review deletion requests against any applicable record-keeping obligations.
Advertising measurement
When you submit an enquiry, we report it to Meta Platforms as a conversion so we can measure which advertisements lead to enquiries. This report includes hashed (one-way encoded) versions of your name, phone number and email, the campaign identifiers from the link you followed, and your network address and browser type. Meta processes this under its own terms and privacy policy; we do not share the content of your questions. Separately, you can allow or refuse Meta's browser-based measurement using the banner on this page; refusing it does not prevent an enquiry.
